Mesh belt automatic mesh changer, also known as mesh belt automatic mesh changer, adopts water-cooled sealing and uses melt pressure or time control to move the mesh. The distance and speed of the filter can be freely set. When the inlet pressure of the automatic screen changer reaches the set value, the control system automatically starts the heating rod at the outlet of the filter belt for heating. At this point, the inlet pressure of the screen changer drops to the normal operating value. Test steps for mesh belt changer:

1. Install a new filter belt. Remove the mesh belt from the mesh belt box of the automatic mesh filter. The ends of the fine mesh belt and the coarse mesh belt (cushion mesh) are customized with fine copper wire and inserted into the narrow slot of the box end until they extend 50-80mm from the other end. The mesh belt inside the groove must be flat and unobstructed, without interference, and can be inspected by pushing and pulling the filter screens on both sides. When uneven and unobstructed, the position of the box can be adjusted.

2. Power on test. The heating temperature of the automatic mesh filter and the temperature of the mesh heater are set according to the instructions, and the temperature value is determined according to the production process requirements. Turn on the temperature control switch for preheating, and keep it warm for 30 minutes after the temperature reaches the set value. Tighten the bolt again.

3. Open the water valve to allow cooling water, with a water flow rate of 4-8L/min. After temperature equilibrium, the water temperature at the outlet should be around 40 ℃ -55 ℃.

4. Start feeding at low speed. When the material passes through the filter, the pressure value of the pressure gauge will increase, and the outlet end of the filter will come out. At this point, water cooling should be stopped for 10-20 minutes until the material at the outlet of the filter becomes hard and cold, to prevent further material leakage.

5. Next, pay attention to the collection of new network initial pressure P1 and network replacement pressure P2.

6. After starting at low speed for 3 minutes, slowly increase to normal production speed. At this point, check the reading on the pressure gauge, which is the initial net pressure (P1). Set the network alarm pressure (P2) on the pressure display gauge, P2=P1 1 MPa. When the material pressure reaches the P2 value during normal operation, the alarm light flashes, and the filter screen is replaced 6-15mm each time, reducing the material pressure and stopping the mesh. During the production process, it will automatically cycle and run.

7. Each roll of mesh tape is 10 meters long. When replacing the new mesh tape, the new one is sufficient.

8. Note: The pressure sensor rod must be disassembled and assembled in a molten state of the material, and cannot be locked too tightly.
