How to solve the leakage problem of hydraulic screen changers

Regarding the leakage issue of hydraulic screen changers, whether it is a belt-type hydraulic screen changer or a quick hydraulic screen changer, the first step is to identify the source of the leakage. 1. Leakage at the flange connection of the hydraulic screen changer. This occurs because during the installation of the hydraulic screen changer, impurities were not properly cleaned from the end face of the connecting ring, or the bolts of the flange were not tightened in a diagonal sequence, leading to uneven connection between the flange and the screen changer. After disassembly, clean the waste material at the connection between the hydraulic screen changer and the flange, tighten the bolts diagonally in sequence, and ensure that the gap between the flange and the screen changer is uniform.

2. Leakage at the gap of the heating ring of the hydraulic screen changer. If the pressure sensor hole reserved at the inlet of the hydraulic screen changer is not blocked or not tightened properly, simply plug the pressure sensor hole with a plug or tighten the pressure sensor blockage.
3. Material leakage at the connection between the sliding plate of the hydraulic screen changer and the main body of the hydraulic screen changer. There is a quality issue in the assembly of the hydraulic screen changer. If material leakage occurs immediately after installation, it needs to be reassembled at the factory. If material leakage occurs during the warranty period, on-site maintenance or factory repair is required. If material leakage occurs again after repair, a new machine will be sent.
4. If the automatic screen changer has a leakage issue, it is mainly due to low circulation water flow or blockage, which prevents cooling and sealing. Increasing the cooling water flow and cleaning the scale in the internal cooling water circuit of the screen changer can resolve this issue.
